Website Development & Service Agreement

This agreement is between you (the customer) and Claim Your Website™ ("we", "us"). It applies when you claim a website concept, build a custom website or convert a business profile through this platform.

By ticking "I agree" during your claim you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

We customise the claimed website concept with your business name, logo, colours, text, images and contact details, within the number of pages and features included in your chosen package.

Website concepts in the catalogue are demonstrations. Demo text, photos and contact details are illustrative and will be replaced with your own content.

Features outside your package (for example extra pages, online payments or member areas) are quoted separately before any work begins.

Prices are in Nigerian Naira. Launch prices apply to the first 100 websites with a confirmed first payment, or until the end of 26 December 2026 in Lagos, whichever happens first. Black Friday uses these same launch prices without an additional discount. Thereafter new orders use the original package prices. Test payments do not reserve promotional places.

A submitted claim alone does not reserve a launch price. Your first payment must be confirmed while the offer is available. Once confirmed, your agreed total and remaining installments do not change when the offer ends.

If you choose installments, your first confirmed payment unlocks access to your functional website. Later payments remain due on the agreed schedule and do not block launch. Catalogue demos are illustrative; a demo preview is not a separately deployed customer website.

Payments for work already completed are not refundable. If you cancel before production starts, the first payment is refunded less any domain registration cost.

Your package includes one domain (.com.ng or .com, as stated in the package) for the first year, subject to availability.

The domain is registered in your name or your organisation's name and becomes fully yours once the package is paid in full. Renewal fees after the first year are billed annually.

You confirm you own or have permission to use every logo, photo, document and piece of text you upload, and that the information you provide about your business is accurate.

We never invent business facts such as certifications, clients, awards, addresses or figures. Anything missing is marked as missing and we will ask you for it.

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on the pricing page. Further revisions or new features may be charged separately.

You approve your website through your dashboard. Approval confirms you are happy with the content and design before launch.

Once paid in full, the website content and design customised for you belong to you. If you choose a monthly care plan, we host and maintain the website while the plan is active.

We may show your finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We use your information only to deliver and support your website. We do not sell your data.
